Module A – soft methods in teaching

It is planned to conduct 4 training modules (A-D), addressed to academic teachers, i.e. developing soft skills, developing knowledge about sustainable development in the context of economic policy at various levels, improving skills in simulation based on artificial intelligence, as well as training in advanced techniques of modelling and numerical simulations.

In order to increase the level of the courses, the staff is planned to participate in training in such competences as: communication, partnership and team cooperation, conflict psychology and conflict management, as well as memorizing and learning techniques. Significant training elements will also be the subject of subsequent substantive implementations to the materials developed in the IMPK courses.

They are also the basis for better organization of the project team's work and, thanks to their international character, will contribute to the integration of the teaching community involved in the project implementation. Training in this module will be carried out remotely, which will also facilitate simultaneous access for all teachers involved in the project, without the need to incur travel costs.
